Why is my Client Prospector Pro not sending messages?

If you're Client Prospector Pro is not sending messages, it could be due to several settings:


- MESSAGE GROUP NOT SELECTED

Please ensure you select a Message Group so that the software knows what message to send out.  




To customize your message, please ensure you setup both Message Segments & Message Segments.


- CLIPBOARD SETTINGS


Sometimes it could be the clipboard settings that is preventing the message to be copied across.  


To set this up, simply:


1. Click on the padlock symbol on the left hand side of the URL -> then goto site settings

2. Scroll down to Clipboard, and in the dropdown select ALLOW




- TAB ACCIDENTLY CLOSED 


If you are in a region where APIs is not available, the software will attempt to open a separate tab where the automation will take place.  

The tab will be automatically minimized.


This is where the message automation will take place. 


IMPORTANT: DO NOT CLOSE THE TAB


When the automation runs, it will automatically switch to the tab screen and make it active.  If you find that this is affecting your work, simply pull the tab to it's own window and leave it running in the background (rather than having the tab with all your other tasks)


If after troubleshooting the above steps, you're still encountering issues, please record a loom video and submit a ticket.
